A prestigious luxury brand is seeking a Product Development Assistant to join their head office team on an immediate start temporary contract. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Product Development function within a fast‑paced, high‑end environment, working across luxury categories from concept through to production. This position is fully office‑based (no hybrid working).
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the PD team throughout the development lifecycle
- Managing critical path updates and sample tracking
- Liaising with suppliers and factories regarding sampling and approvals
- Raising POs and maintaining product data systems
- Assisting with costings and maintaining development spreadsheets
- Organising and preparing samples for meetings and sign‑offs
- Providing general administrative support to the wider PD team
About You:
- Previous experience as a PD Assistant within a luxury or premium fashion brand
- Strong understanding of the product development process
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with experience liaising with international suppliers
- Strong Excel and systems skills
- Immediately available and able to commit to a full-time office‑based role
