This is a great role for a very trend-led and established womenswear focussed sleepwear designer. With the stability of a solid set up, you will be working closely with the head of department on showroom ranges and also have the ability to design into customer high fashion accounts.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Researching the market and carrying out careful analysis to have a strong understanding of the most up-to-date trends; being aware of innovation across fabrics.
  • Creating on-trend, forward-thinking, yet commercial designs in response to briefs; producing accurate and detailed CADs to present to buyers and technical packs for product development.
  • Communicating effectively with team members in the UK and Asia.
  • Overseeing the development of sampling, ensuring deadlines are met.
