Senior Digital Marketing Manager in London

We are partnering with a leading UK retail business that is investing heavily in its digital growth and customer experience strategy. They are looking to appoint a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition, retention and engagement initiatives, playing a key role in driving long-term commercial growth.

This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for the end-to-end customer journey across CRM, email marketing and digital acquisition channels. You will own strategy, performance and budgets, while leading a multi-disciplinary team and working closely with stakeholders across Ecommerce, Trading, Retail and Technology functions.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in CRM and digital marketing within a fast-paced retail environment, with strong commercial acumen and a data-led approach to decision making. You'll have experience across lifecycle marketing, paid and organic acquisition channels, analytics tools and team leadership, with the ability to translate insight into scalable growth opportunities.
