This is a high‑impact leadership role responsible for shaping how customers are acquired, retained, re‑engaged and rewarded across multiple consumer brands and markets.
Working at the intersection of CRM, lifecycle marketing, loyalty, and digital acquisition, you will play a key role in driving sustainable long‑term growth through insight‑led strategy, data‑driven decision making and customer‑centric marketing. You will lead a multi‑disciplinary team and work closely with Ecommerce, Trading, Retail, Insights and Technology teams to deliver commercially effective, scalable marketing initiatives.
- Developing and delivering a joined‑up CRM and digital acquisition strategy across all devices and markets.
- Own performance against revenue, retention, traffic and cost‑of‑sale targets and translate customer insight and market trends into scalable growth initiatives.
- Act as a senior stakeholder across Ecommerce, Trading, Retail, Buying, Insights and Technology.
- Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing CRM and Digital Marketing team.
- Own the CRM platform, improving targeting, segmentation, personalisation and data usage, and design and launch a customer loyalty and rewards programme.
- Own the email marketing strategy across multiple brands and drive continuous testing and optimisation of campaigns, automations and transactional communications.
- Lead email performance, deliverability and CRM best practice.
- Lead digital acquisition and preferably have experience with ROAS discipline, Bloomreach and Google Analytics.
The successful candidate will have experience building and optimising lifecycle marketing strategies that retain, reward and reactivate customers. They will be confident owning the CRM platform, improving targeting, segmentation, personalisation and data usage, and will design and launch a customer loyalty and rewards programme. They will also own the email marketing strategy across multiple brands and drive continuous testing and optimisation of campaigns, automations and transactional communications.
In return, the company is offering a generous salary of up to £65,000 - £70,000 depending on experience, plus a bonus scheme, pension contribution and flexi hours. The role is four days in the office and one day from home.
