A growing fashion brand is seeking a highly organised and detail‐focused Senior Brand Partnerships Administrator to support its wholesale and marketplace operations. This role is key in managing product data, coordinating sample and shipping processes, and delivering accurate weekly sales reporting to drive commercial decision‐making.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain seasonal product and shipping data
- Coordinate sample collection, packing and shipments
- Prepare commercial invoices and track delivery schedules
- Reconcile orders, goods received and shipping costs
- Gather and format sales data for internal systems
- Support image sourcing and uploads for marketplace partners
- Produce weekly stock and product information sheets
