With innovation, quality and customer experience at the heart of everything they do, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative technical team where you'll play a key role in ensuring products not only look great but also meet the highest standards of fit and performance.

As a Junior Technologist for Women's Footwear & Accessories, you will take ownership of your own product area from first fit through to production and delivery.

Working closely with Buying, Design, Merchandising and suppliers, you will be responsible for managing fit sessions, approving products, maintaining quality standards, reviewing test reports and monitoring returns to drive continuous improvements.

You will assess product and supplier capability, support the development process from concept to launch, conduct store visits to identify opportunities, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure products are commercially successful while maintaining exceptional quality and brand standards.

We're looking for someone with at least three years of technical experience within footwear, accessories or a similar product area, ideally gained with a retailer or supplier.

You will have a strong understanding of product fit, construction, testing, grading and quality standards, alongside the confidence to communicate technical feedback clearly to suppliers and cross‑functional teams.

You will be commercially minded, highly organised and analytical, with the ability to assess risk, interpret returns data and influence improvements throughout the product development process.

Most importantly, you will be passionate about delivering products that customers love and confident managing your own department with support from an experienced technical team.

Offering a salary of £35,000, this role comes with an excellent benefits package including a generous staff discount, hybrid working (4 days in the office and one from home), annual bonus opportunities, holiday entitlement, pension scheme, life assurance, wellbeing support, enhanced family-friendly policies and ongoing learning and development opportunities.
