We are seeking a proactive Employee Relations & HR Advisor to support warehouse and head office teams for this growing fashion retailer. This role combines hands‐on HR administration with first‐line employee support, helping to ensure smooth HR operations and strong relationships across the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage HR administration, including new starters, leavers, and HR documentation.
- Support Employee Relations (ER) for warehouse and store staff, including entry‐level queries.
- Handle first‐line conversations with employees and escalates or manages formal conversations as needed.
- Maintain and manage the HR inbox, responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the management team in meetings, coaching, and HR‐related decision‐making.
- Work closely with warehouse and store teams to resolve employee issues and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have proven HR experience, ideally in employee relations and HR administration. Strong communication skills are a must and you will be confident in coaching and advising managers on HR matters.
Work Schedule
This role will be part‐based 2 to 3 days in the warehouse in Bedfordshire and the rest of the week in Central London Head Office.
