Responsibilities
- Manage homepage updates, landing pages, banners and navigation.
- Coordinate onsite content and promotional campaigns.
- Execute visual merchandising strategies.
- Support SEO initiatives and seasonal launches.
- Monitor trading performance and analyse customer behaviour.
- Produce competitor analysis.
- Work closely with Buying, merchandising, marketing and creative teams to maximise sales and enhance the online customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous ecommerce experience, ideally within fashion or retail.
- Strong understanding of online trading, visual merchandising and customer journeys.
- Highly organised, commercially minded and analytical.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ecommerce analytics tools and a passion for fashion, retail trends and data-driven decision making.
