We’re partnering with a globally recognised fashion and lifestyle brand to hire a CRM Email Production Executive to join a fast‑paced digital marketing function. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong email production and campaign operations experience to work across large-scale, multi‑market CRM campaigns in a highly collaborative environment.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for building, testing and deploying customer email campaigns across multiple regions and languages, ensuring every campaign is delivered accurately, on time and to the highest standard. Working closely with CRM, Digital Marketing, Creative, Merchandising and Regional teams, you’ll play a key role in campaign execution, QA and process coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy global email campaigns using CRM and ESP platforms.
  • Populate templates, content blocks and product placements across multiple campaign variants and languages.
  • Implement dynamic content and personalisation using Braze Liquid.
  • Own end-to-end QA processes including rendering checks, link validation, segmentation accuracy and content consistency.
  • Coordinate test sends and feedback across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Set up audiences and segmentation logic to ensure accurate targeting and exclusions.
  • Schedule and launch campaigns with full pre-send validation.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, Creative, Merchandising and regional teams to ensure campaigns align with commercial priorities.
  • Track workflow progress and campaign readiness.
  • Support process improvements and platform troubleshooting where required.

About You

  • Previous experience in email production, CRM operations or campaign execution.
  • Experience working with ESPs or CRM platforms.
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
