A well‑established and growing organisation within the licensed accessories sector is seeking a commercially driven Key Account Development Executive to join its UK team. Based in Leicestershire, this role offers the opportunity to work with some of the UK’s leading retail brands while contributing to continued growth across the UK and European markets.
Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing key retail accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities, with a particular focus on licensed accessories.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow relationships with major retail accounts, ensuring long‑term commercial success
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the accessories and licensed product space
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for customers
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets
- Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Collaborate with European counterparts where relevant, supporting broader regional growth
This role will involve working with major commercial UK retailers.
Requirements- Proven experience in key account management or business development within accessories
- Essential: Experience working with licensed products
- Strong understanding of major UK retail accounts
- Ability to build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships
- Highly organised with strong commercial acumen
- European retail experience is advantageous
The role is primarily office‑based in Hinckley, with an expectation of at least 3–4 days on‑site per week (5 days preferred).
Package & Benefits- Salary up to circa £50,000 depending on experience
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Pension scheme with employer contribution of 4%
- Full‑time role (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
