Responsibilities

  • The junior merchandiser will manage their own category and trade the department.
  • They will oversee forecasting, manage linecards, sales analysis, OTB, prepare data for sign‑offs and strategy packs.
  • You will manage margin, markdowns and promotions.
  • You will collaborate cross‑functionally with buying, marketing and suppliers to ensure product launches are met.
  • You will have experience managing a team.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will be highly confident with trading, have exceptional analytical skills and have a deep understanding of the footwear market.
  • You will approach problem‑solving tasks with confidence, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced and ever‑changing environment.
