We are delighted to partner with a British womenswear brand that mixes feminine prints, trend-led pieces, and everyday wearability. The brand is known for their feminine handwriting and print-focused fabrics. Effortless and easy-to-wear styles, but stylish and practical for everyday wear.
Role Overview
The candidate will be the first point of contact for all managers and employees for ER matters, offering clear, practical advice. You will support the onboarding and off-boarding process for all warehouse members. You will also be involved in recruitment; posting vacancies through the ATS, liaising with agencies and supporting hiring managers. There will also be responsibilities with payroll – ensuring payroll reporting is accurate and processed on time.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have experience with HR within a retail environment, and warehouse experience is beneficial. You will have experience with ER policies and working closely with managers on offering advice. You will be an excellent communicator and confident in making commercial decisions.
Compensation & Benefits
In return the company is offering up to £35,000 based on experience and a generous 50% employee discount. There will be two to three days based in their warehouse in Bedfordshire and the rest of the week in their central London office.
