We're recruiting for an exciting Area Concessions Manager opportunity overseeing a portfolio of 12+ fashion concessions across Glasgow and the West of Scotland. This is the perfect role for an ambitious Assistant Manager, Store Manager, or multi-site retail professional ready to take ownership of their own area and make a real commercial impact. This is a highly autonomous, hands-on role where no two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Driving sales and commercial performance across multiple concession locations
  • Creating exceptional visual merchandising displays that maximise sales
  • Managing stock replenishment, deliveries, recalls, and product availability
  • Implementing promotions, seasonal launches, and bestselling product initiatives
  • Building strong partnerships with host store management teams
  • Planning your own schedule and managing your area independently
  • Monitoring performance against sales targets and KPIs

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in fashion retail management, ideally within womenswear
  • A commercially minded individual who understands how to drive sales
  • Strong visual merchandising skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities
  • A self-starter who thrives working independently
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the region
