We’re recruiting a Supervisor for a premium menswear boutique opening in Exeter. This is a great opportunity for an experienced retail Supervisor or strong Key Holder who enjoys leading by example, coaching teams to exceed targets, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and KPIs
  • Deliver first-class customer service and maintain a winning team culture
  • Support product knowledge and sales training across the team
  • Oversee daily store operations, administration, and compliance
  • Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and security procedures
  • Support stock management, visual standards, and operational excellence

About You

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor or Key Holder in a retail environment
  • Passionate about customer service and team development
  • Confident coaching and improving individual KPI performance
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance sales and service
  • Experience with stock management, operations, and visual merchandising
