We are looking for an ER advisor for a 10 week basis, to join a market-leading quick-service restaurant business with a strong presence across the UK and a reputation for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As part of a collaborative and people-focused organisation, you'll play a key role in supporting operational teams and helping to create a positive and fair working environment for employees across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied and high-volume employee relations caseload.
  • Provide expert guidance on matters including absence management, performance issues, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and appeals.
  • Work closely with the wider people team to ensure cases are handled efficiently and in line with company policies.
  • Escalate complex issues where required and support the business in minimising risk while maintaining a fair and consistent approach.

Qualifications

  • Proven employee relations experience with a strong understanding of UK employment law.
  • Confidence managing complex casework in a fast-paced environment.
