Demand Planner, International FOB & Iberia

This global consumer products business is a market leader in toys, collectibles, plush, action figures and musical instruments, with an extensive portfolio of internationally recognised brands.

As the business continues to grow, it is investing in its international operations and implementing new planning processes to support future expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop demand planning processes across international FOB and Iberia, translating commercial sales ambitions into realistic, data‑driven forecasts.
  • Create and improve forecasting processes; analyse historical sales data and measure forecast accuracy.
  • Support implementation of the S&OP framework, collaborating with sales, marketing and supply chain teams.
  • Present demand insights, risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Help establish best‑practice planning processes as these international markets develop.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in a dedicated demand planning role, preferably in seasonal or fast‑moving consumer goods.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with experience using ERP and planning systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience working within an S&OP environment is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
  • Spanish language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.

Benefits

Salary £45,000–£50,000 plus an annual bonus equal to one month’s salary, 33 days’ holiday and a standard pension scheme.

Based in central London, the position follows a hybrid working model, offering up to two days working from home each week.
