Working within a dynamic operations team, you'll help build best-in-class forecasting processes while supporting the launch and growth of globally recognised products.

Responsibilities
  • Translate commercial sales ambitions into realistic, data-driven demand plans that enable the Supply Chain and Procurement teams to execute effectively.
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts using historical data, market trends and new product assumptions.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Procurement and Supply Chain to challenge assumptions and align inventory planning with business objectives.
  • Contribute to the implementation of a formal Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) framework.
  • Document new forecasting processes, produce insightful reporting and present risks, opportunities and recommendations to stakeholders across the business.
Qualifications
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in a dedicated forecasting or demand planning role, ideally within the toy industry or another highly seasonal, fast-moving consumer goods environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience using ERP or planning systems such as SAP or Oracle alongside reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau or similar.
  • Experience working within an S&OP environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and communicate meaningful insights to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Confidence in working in a growing business and comfortable challenging assumptions.
  • Thrive in an environment where you can improve both processes and performance.
  • German language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
Compensation and Benefits

Offering a salary of up to £50,000, this role also includes an annual bonus equivalent to one month's salary, 33 days' holiday, pension, and a flexible hybrid working model. Based in the company's modern offices in central London, you'll work three days in the office and two from home.
