We are supporting a global online fashion retailer on their search for a senior buying candidate to support the launch of a new brand initiative in Europe. This role offers the opportunity to shape product strategy, build new assortments, and influence the commercial direction of a brand from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Lead buying strategy and assortment planning for a new European brand initiative.
- Identify trend opportunities, product gaps, and commercial levers to drive brand positioning and growth.
- Oversee supplier selection, negotiation, sourcing strategy, and cost management, partnering closely with design, merchandising, and leadership teams to deliver cohesive, on-brand collections.
Qualifications
- Extensive senior experience in buying within fashion, with a proven track record in building or launching new ranges, departments, or brands.
- Strong supplier relationships and a well-developed network across the UK and Europe.
Engagement Model
