We are excited to be recruiting for a store manager for a fashion retailer based in the Fort Kinnaird area. The company are experiencing a period of growth and opening new branches. Internationally recognised for many years, they are focused on quality, good design and sustainability. Product knowledge and fantastic customer service is paramount to this retailer. It is all about the customer journey and delivering exceptional service. You will be coaching the team to success, building customer relationships, and making sure that operational procedures are sound.
As store manager, you will be leading, training and delivering fantastic service, ensuring maximum profitability. Ideally, you will have gained experience in a clothing retail environment, however, the client is open on background. You understand the need for team development, commercial awareness and driving sales.
The role is paying a salary of up to £34,500 with a great bonus and benefits package including 25+8 days holiday, dental care, PerkBox, O2 discounts to name a few.
