As stock replenishment manager, you will take ownership of a critical function, ensuring stock flows seamlessly through the business while coaching and developing your team to deliver consistently high operational standards. You’ll build strong relationships across the wider airport operation and play a key role in keeping shelves, displays, and back‑of‑house running at peak efficiency. You will be accountable for maintaining 98% stock availability, optimising space to maximise sales performance, and ensuring strict stock rotation practices are followed to minimise waste and loss. You will also oversee goods‑in operations, ensuring all deliveries are accurately checked, compliant with purchase orders, and correctly recorded on internal systems.
