Are you a driven recruiter with experience in high-volume retail hiring? Our client is a global fashion powerhouse, seeking a Temporary Retail Recruiter to help build world-class teams across their store network.
The Role
As our Temporary Retail Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in delivering top talent into our stores across multiple regions. You’ll manage high-volume recruitment campaigns for roles such as Store Managers, Sales Associates, Visual Merchandisers, and more—ensuring we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Retail and HR teams to define hiring needs and priorities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail roles across various markets
- Proactively source and engage top retail talent through job boards, social media, and local networks
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide them through the process
- Manage hiring pipelines and maintain accurate data in our ATS
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience at every stage
