Overview

This is a temporary Merchandise Admin Assistant (MAA) role in fashion. We are partnering with a global fashion retailer to join one of their merchandising teams in London. If you’re analytical, detail‑oriented, and available to start immediately, this is a great opportunity to support the merchandising team.

IMMEDIATE START TEMP ROLE

The Role

  • General admin for the merchandising team
  • Reporting into the assistant merchandiser
  • Liaising with suppliers, logistics teams, and stores to ensure smooth product flow
  • Managing stock allocations and transfers to optimize product availability
  • Supporting the team with sales analysis, reporting, and forecasting

About You

  • Previous experience within an analytical role such as merchandising, allocation, buying or wholesale at a similar level within a retail head office
  • A degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field
  • Strong numerical and Excel skills
  • A team player with great communication skills and a proactive approach
