My client is a London-based luxury beauty brand looking for a Temporary Junior Visual Merchandiser to join our Head Office team for around 2 months initially. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about luxury beauty, visual storytelling, and retail environments.

The Role

  • Working closely with the Visual Merchandising and Creative teams, you will support the delivery of brand-consistent visual standards across our retail and wholesale network.
  • Supporting the creation and rollout of visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Assisting with in-store layouts, planograms, and VM toolkits.
  • Preparing visual assets and presentations for internal and external partners.
  • Supporting seasonal launches, campaigns, and new store openings.
  • Conducting store checks and reporting on visual standards.
  • Providing general administrative and creative support to the VM team.

About You

  • Entry-level or junior candidate with a strong interest in visual merchandising and luxury beauty.
  • Educated to degree level (desirable but not essential).
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident using PowerPoint and Excel; Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available to start immediately and commit to a 2-month contract.
