My client are seeking an experienced Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager to join their team on a freelance basis, supporting a globally recognised luxury brand. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a premium brand environment, based in their London Head Office with a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities
- Reporting to the VM Manager, you will support the execution of visual merchandising strategies across retail stores and key wholesale partners.
- You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring brand consistency, elevating in-store experiences, and delivering impactful product launches.
- Support the rollout of VM guidelines across retail and wholesale accounts.
- Assist with seasonal launches, animations, and campaign implementations.
- Liaise with suppliers, production teams, and retail partners.
- Coordinate POS distribution and manage VM assets.
- Conduct store checks (virtual and in-person) to maintain brand standards.
- Assist with reporting, image management, and competitor analysis.
- Provide hands-on support for installations where required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in visual merchandising within luxury beauty, fragrance, or premium retail.
- Strong understanding of brand execution within department stores and standalone boutiques.
- Highly organised with excellent project coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong visual eye.
- Confident communicator, able to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- Available immediately.
