We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Total Rewards Partner to join our client's team on a temporary freelance basis at their London Head Office. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on their global rewards strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Compensation and Benefits Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that align with our global retail objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analyses to ensure our reward offerings remain competitive and attractive.
- Compliance: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local, national, and international regulations.
- Performance Management: Partner with HR and management to support performance management processes and ensure alignment with reward strategies.
- Employee Engagement: Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through innovative reward solutions.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records and data management for all rewards-related activities.
