p strong Temporary Operations Administration support - Fashion Brand /strong /p p strong Location: /strong Hammersmith, London /p p strong Duration: /strong Approximately two months (with potential to extend) /p p strong Start: /strong First week of August /p p Office based part time role. /p p br /p p We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established international lifestyle and consumer brand for a temporary operations administration support professional to join their London team. /p p This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment. /p p br /p p strong Key responsibilities: /strong /p ul li Managing customer service email enquiries /li li Supporting press and partner communications /li li Processing Shopify orders /li li Coordinating deliveries and returns /li li Updating online product listings /li li Scheduling social media content (when required) /li li Preparing supplier invoices for approval /li li Providing general administrative support /li li Assisting with basic stock management and monitoring low stock levels /li /ul p strong Working pattern /strong /p ul li 3 days per week (ideally Monday, Wednesday and Friday) /li li 10:00am β 6:00pm (1-hour lunch) /li li 21 hours per week /li /ul p strong About you /strong /p ul li Previous experience in an operations, administration or office support role /li li Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail /li li Strong written communication and customer service skills /li li Confident using Microsoft Office and online systems /li li Experience with Shopify as this is critical for the role /li li Able to work independently and manage changing priorities /li /ul p br /p p This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, collaborative team within a well-known international brand, supporting a broad range of business operations. /p p If youre available to start the first week of August and are looking for an engaging temporary assignment for one to two months, wed love to hear from you. /p p br /p
