We’re recruiting an immediately available Showroom Coordinator for an initial 3-month temporary role with a leading design brand based in Manchester City Centre.
You’ll be responsible for managing the front of house and overall showroom experience, ensuring every visitor — from designers to architects — receives a warm, professional welcome. This is a hands-on role that combines hospitality, facilities management, and client care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day front-of-house operations and deliver a first-class client experience.
- Oversee showroom facilities — opening/closing, maintenance coordination, and supply replenishment (coffee, paper, etc.).
- Prepare and support client meetings and events, maintaining a polished, design-focused environment.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure the space reflects the brand’s premium standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a front-of-house, showroom, or facilities management role.
- Professional, personable, and highly organised.
- Comfortable multitasking and taking ownership of presentation and upkeep.
- Must be immediately available to start.
