We’re recruiting an immediately available Showroom Coordinator for an initial 3-month temporary role with a leading design brand based in Manchester City Centre.

You’ll be responsible for managing the front of house and overall showroom experience, ensuring every visitor — from designers to architects — receives a warm, professional welcome. This is a hands-on role that combines hospitality, facilities management, and client care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day front-of-house operations and deliver a first-class client experience.
  • Oversee showroom facilities — opening/closing, maintenance coordination, and supply replenishment (coffee, paper, etc.).
  • Prepare and support client meetings and events, maintaining a polished, design-focused environment.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure the space reflects the brand’s premium standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a front-of-house, showroom, or facilities management role.
  • Professional, personable, and highly organised.
  • Comfortable multitasking and taking ownership of presentation and upkeep.
  • Must be immediately available to start.

Details:

  • Location: Manchester City Centre
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
  • Contract: 3-month temporary (agency payroll)
  • Salary: £28,000 (pro rata)
