We’re seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Consultant / International Wholesale Specialist with serious high-end retail connections and a flair for business development across global fashion territories. This is a consultancy role for someone commercially sharp and network-rich — someone who thrives on opening doors, driving sell-in, and elevating brand footprints. You’ll work independently, with the support of the team, and regularly showcase collections from our Paris showroom, international markets, and via virtual appointments. Expect travel, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape a luxury brand from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving global sales growth across UK, Europe, Middle East + emerging markets
  • Leveraging your existing luxury retail network to open doors + secure premium accounts
  • Leading showroom appointments (Paris + additional global markets)
  • Taking seasonal collections to buyers and delivering strong conversion
  • Negotiating commercial terms, pricing + distribution agreements
  • Guiding product assortment, order placement + sell-through strategy
  • Tracking performance, forecasting, analysing growth and feeding intel back to the business
  • Elevating the brands footprint globally — this role is central to our expansion

You’ll need:

  • Proven success in luxury fashion wholesale + international territory management
  • A strong contact book — major retailers, luxury groups, international buyers
  • Experience launching/scaling a premium brand into new markets
  • Confident showroom presence & strong negotiation skills
  • Data-savvy – comfortable analysing numbers + forecasting
  • Ability to travel (Paris + global markets) + monthly London meetings
