We’re working with a fast-growing, ethically minded fashion brand based in East London. As they prepare for B Corp certification, they’re looking for a Sustainability Manager on a part-time contract basis to lead this transition and drive measurable change. This is a 6-month contract, working three days per week, offering the chance to make a tangible impact within a purpose-led business. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership to guide the brand through its first B Impact Assessment and embed sustainability across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the B Corp certification process, from assessment through to submission.
  • Implement sustainability initiatives across supply chain, materials, and day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor and report on impact metrics, engaging key internal stakeholders.

Experience in sustainability (fashion or consumer brand experience ideal), with B Corp knowledge is a strong plus.
