We are partnering with an exciting founder-led fashion and lifestyle brand that has built a strong global presence and continues to experience impressive growth. With a highly engaged team and ambitious plans for the future, the business is seeking an experienced Senior People Manager to shape and scale its people strategy and culture.

This is a broad and influential role with end-to-end responsibility for the people function. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will lead on people strategy, performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, people operations, and employee experience, while managing a small people team.

The business is seeking a highly commercial and hands-on HR generalist with at least eight years’ progressive experience, ideally within a fast-paced retail, e-commerce, or consumer brand environment. You will have strong knowledge of UK employment law, experience implementing scalable people processes, and a track record of delivering measurable business impact. CIPD Level 6 or equivalent experience is preferred.
