This is a commercial Sales Operations / Coordinator role within a fast-growing wholesale business supplying major high-volume retailers including TK Maxx and a large new European off-price account. This is not luxury, not a small brand, and not customer-facing sales. The business has grown quickly and needs someone experienced who can truly own the order book, bring structure to volume, and sit confidently between admin and Account Manager level.
The role suits someone from a sales admin / sales operations / wholesale support background who thrives on pace and detail. You will be managing large volumes of POs, overseeing account admins, working closely with Account Managers and production teams, and using Excel daily to control data, pricing and deliveries. Strong Excel skills are essential, SAP is a bonus, and experience in high-volume environments is key — the high street, supermarkets, commercial or supply-side businesses.
The team is genuinely lovely, down-to-earth and doing really well, with international growth, a newly launched Home category, and big plans ahead. The role is office-based near King's Cross, offering flexible hours (though not hybrid) and real progression for the right person. Interviews are taking place week after next.
