A leading global luxury fashion ecommerce business is seeking a talented Merchandising Administration Assistant to join a fast-paced merchandising and planning team supporting a premium online retail operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and analytical candidate with strong Excel skills and previous retail, merchandising, ecommerce, or administration experience.

The Role
  • Generate accurate delivery forecasts and weekly trading reports
  • Support merchandise planning, stock flow, and trading activities
  • Prioritise deliveries in line with department and business strategy
  • Liaise with warehouse, transport, and trade teams to resolve delivery queries quickly
  • Monitor returns reporting and identify opportunities to reduce returns
  • Assist with stock adjustments, cancellations, RTVs, and supplier negotiations
  • Manage online product visibility updates including stock status messaging
  • Prepare weekly performance analysis and provide wider administrative support
About You
  • Strong analytical and numerical ability
  • Intermediate Excel skills are needed
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Proactive with a strong work ethic
  • Previous experience within merchandising, wholesale or buying within a retail head office.
