A globally recognised fashion business is seeking an experienced Womenswear Product Developer to join the team on an immediate-start temporary contract. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting the development of commercially driven collections across multiple womenswear categories. You will play a key role in managing the product lifecycle from concept through to bulk production, ensuring quality, margin and critical path deadlines are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product development across multi-product womenswear ranges
  • Work closely with Design, Buying and Technical teams to translate concepts into production-ready garments
  • Liaise with overseas factories and suppliers on sampling, costings and timelines
  • Track and manage the critical path to ensure on-time delivery
  • Negotiate cost prices and support margin targets
  • Oversee fittings and sample approvals
  • Resolve development and production issues proactively

About You:

  • Proven experience in womenswear product development within a fast-paced fashion environment
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrication and sourcing
  • Confident working with overseas suppliers
  • Commercially aware with strong costing experience
  • Highly organised with excellent critical path management skills
  • Available to start immediately
