A London-based womenswear brand is looking for a Junior Footwear & Accessories Designer to join its growing creative team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and trend-focused designer with a minimum of 2 years' experience across footwear and accessories within the fashion industry. The successful candidate will work closely with the design team to develop feminine, fashion-led collections across categories including footwear, handbags and seasonal accessories. They will be confident translating trends into wearable, brand-right product while maintaining a strong awareness of the customer and current market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching seasonal trends, materials and colour direction
  • Designing across footwear and accessory categories from concept through to development
  • Creating CADs, technical packs and detailed design specifications
