A leading global fashion retailer is seeking a highly organised and analytical Finance, Data & Operations Administrator to join its London Head Office on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working across finance, operations, reporting, and business administration within a fast-paced retail environment.
Reporting into the Finance and Operations team, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day business operations, maintaining data integrity, assisting with financial processes, and delivering accurate reporting to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Support finance and operational teams with administrative and reporting activities
- Maintain and update financial, operational, and commercial data across multiple systems
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
- Assist with invoice processing, reconciliations, purchase orders, and expense administration
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across business platforms
- Coordinate operational processes and provide administrative support to cross-functional teams
- Monitor and track key business metrics and performance indicators
- Support month-end activities and ad hoc finance projects
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiencies
- Manage documentation, records, and reporting schedules
- Previous experience in an administrative, finance, operations, or data-focused role
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets
- Experience producing reports and analysing business information
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within retail, fashion, consumer goods, or a fast-paced commercial environment is advantageous
- Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools would be beneficial
