A leading global luxury e-commerce business is seeking a performance marketing executive to join its marketing division on a temporary basis. This role will support the growth and optimisation of global performance marketing activity across affiliate, paid search, and paid social channels.
Reporting into the affiliate team lead (with a dotted line into the head of performance Marketing), this is a great opportunity for a performance marketer with strong affiliate experience who is looking to broaden their exposure across additional paid channels within a fast-paced, commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across affiliate, paid search, and paid social channels.
- Manage day-to-day performance of affiliate partners and networks, ensuring activity aligns with growth targets.
- Assist with setup and optimisation of paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy, bidding, and landing page performance.
- Launch and optimise paid social campaigns, testing audiences, creatives, and formats to improve performance.
- Monitor campaign performance against KPIs including CPA, ROAS, revenue, and conversions, proactively identifying opportunities and risks.
- Support budget management and spend pacing across channels.
- Produce regular performance reporting and insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including creative, analytics, e-commerce, and CRM.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all activity aligns with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Manage affiliate finance processes including commission validation, transaction queries, invoicing, and reconciliation with finance teams.
- Previous experience in performance marketing, ideally within luxury, e-commerce, or agency environments.
- Strong hands-on affiliate marketing experience; exposure to paid search and/or paid social highly desirable.
- Proven ability to deliver against commercial KPIs including traffic, revenue, ROAS, and new customer acquisition.
- Confident relationship builder with strong stakeholder and partner management skills.
- Analytical, data-led mindset with solid Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience using performance platforms such as Partnerize, Google, Meta, Productsup, or similar.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving business.
- Previous experience managing affiliate finance processes including commission validation, transaction queries, invoicing, and reconciliation with finance teams.
