Lead Lectra Pattern Cutter – Luxury Fashion Brand – FREELANCE – Immediate start

We are seeking an experienced Lectra Pattern Cutter to join this luxury fashion house. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to play a key role in both the creative and technical development of our collections.

About the Role

As the in-house Lectra specialist, you will take ownership of the pattern-cutting process across both new launches and established collections. You will combine your expertise in creative pattern cutting with advanced technical precision, ensuring our garments meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and fit.

Alongside hands-on pattern creation, you will be responsible for digitising patterns, optimising workflows, and training and mentoring team members in Lectra best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creative and technical pattern cutting using Lectra.
  • Support launches with innovative, luxury-standard patterns.
  • Digitise, adapt, and refine patterns for production.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on Lectra systems.
  • Collaborate closely with design, product development, and technical teams to ensure seamless garment development.

About You

  • Significant experience as a Pattern Cutter, with strong Lectra expertise (Lectra Expert/Lead level preferred).
  • Proven ability to balance creativity with technical precision.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to share knowledge and train others.
  • A passion for luxury fashion and an appreciation for exceptional quality and detail.
