Freelance Footwear Technologist – Fashion Brand A leading UK-based fashion brand is seeking a Freelance Footwear Technologist to support their growing footwear category. Working closely with the design and buying teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring product quality, fit, compliance, and innovation across seasonal collections. This is a fantastic opportunity to partner with a dynamic brand known for bold, individual style and a loyal customer base. Manage fit sessions and provide clear, actionable feedback to factories Approve specs, constructions, and materials from concept through to production Ensure all products meet legal, ethical, and brand standards (including REACH, safety, and durability) Work closely with UK and offshore suppliers to solve technical challenges Proven experience as a Footwear Technologist (women’s and/or men’s casual and fashion footwear) Strong knowledge of footwear construction, materials, and testing standards This is an immediate start freelance role
