We're supporting a well-known consumer-facing brand with the recruitment of an Employee Relations Advisor to provide additional support to their ER team for around 10 weeks. Suitable candidates must be immediately available and not on notice. This role will focus heavily on the administrative and process-driven side of employee relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring cases are documented accurately, correspondence is prepared promptly and ER processes are followed correctly. The position can be fully remote. However, candidates based in or around London are preferred due to the location of the head office.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the administration of employee relations cases
- Preparing letters, documentation and case records
- Maintaining accurate employee files and tracking case progress
- Assisting with disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance processes
- Liaising with managers and internal stakeholders to gather information
- Ensuring all documentation is compliant with company policies and procedures
- Providing administrative support to the wider ER team
About You
- Previous experience working within a dedicated Employee Relations team is essential
- Experience supporting disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance cases
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
- Comfortable managing sensitive and confidential information
