We are working with an established fashion brand to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Trade Assistant to join their ecommerce team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for fashion and digital retail to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced trading environment.
Supporting the Digital Trading team, you will help drive online performance through product launches, site merchandising, reporting, and day-to-day ecommerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the online trading calendar and promotional activity
- Assist with product uploads, categorisation, and onsite merchandising
- Monitor website performance, stock levels, and product availability
- Produce daily and weekly trading reports, analysing sales and customer behaviour
- Ensure products, pricing, and imagery are accurate across the site
- Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, and Ecommerce teams
- Support with homepage updates and campaign launches
- Help identify opportunities to improve customer journey and conversion
About You
- Previous experience in ecommerce, digital trading, or online retail preferred
- Strong interest in fashion and digital commerce
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data and reporting
- Strong Excel skills and confident using ecommerce platforms/systems
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
