We’re partnering with a leading luxury fashion e-commerce business to recruit a marketing executive specialising in affiliates on a temporary basis. This is a hands-on role supporting the growth of a global affiliate channel within a fast-paced, commercial digital marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Supporting and executing the global affiliate strategy to drive core commercial KPIs
- Managing day-to-day relationships with affiliate partners and networks, including spend, planning and performance reviews
- Executing and optimising affiliate campaigns through creative briefs, reporting, attribution analysis and forecasting
- Onboarding new affiliate partners end to end, including tracking, testing and scaling activity
- Analysing performance data to identify optimisation and growth opportunities
- Managing conversion-led partners such as influencer, content and publisher networks
- Supporting affiliate finance processes including commission validation and invoice reconciliation
- Working cross-functionally with commercial, creative, finance and legal teams
About you
- Previous experience in performance or digital marketing, ideally within e-commerce, fashion, luxury or agency
- Highly analytical with strong Excel skills
- Confident relationship manager with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Can start immediately with no notice period
