The aesthetic is feminine, wearable and consistently trend-aware, with a strong focus on flattering shapes and commercial appeal. Based full-time in the head office.

You’ll take ownership of shape design across all in-house styles, working fluidly across jersey, wovens and knitwear. Alongside this, you’ll co-host design and print presentations with the Head of Design, playing a visible role within the wider team. Collaboration is a big focus moving forward, with closer working relationships across Buying and in-house Production, and more regular opportunities to present ideas.

This would suit someone with solid experience at Designer level, ideally with a balanced background across high street and supplier, or someone who has worked closely with suppliers and understands that dynamic well. You’ll be confident sharing ideas, comfortable presenting cross-functionally, and enjoy being part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The level is key here – someone ready to take ownership, but still keen to grow and develop within the role.
