A unique opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious heritage business specialising in ceremonial, professional and formal attire.
We're looking for a highly organised, commercially-minded individual who enjoys building client relationships, attending events, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Experience working with Royal Warrant holders and/or livery companies would be highly desirable.
Key responsibilities include: β Advising clients on ceremonial uniform and attire requirements β Managing customer enquiries and sales support activities β Taking client measurements and coordinating fittings β Supporting UK and international events and business trips β Identifying new business opportunities β Liaising with suppliers and internal teams β Assisting with stock management, invoicing and account administration Ideal candidates will have experience in account management, customer relationship management, sales support, luxury retail, events, tailoring, formalwear, or business development.
