We’re working with a global client to find a Client Experience Manager for an exciting immediate start temp role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone highly organised and proactive, with a knack for project coordination and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Project Briefing & Coordination : Craft and manage client experience briefs, ensuring alignment and progress across teams.
  • Project Management : Support the execution of innovative experience formats and keep projects on track through clear timelines and critical path management.
  • Reporting & Insights : Gather post-event data and create reports that offer actionable insights.
  • Team Liaison : Serve as the go-to point for updates and regional feedback collection.
  • Meeting Support : Prepare agendas, decks, and follow-ups for key meetings and projects.

🧩 Ideal Candidate

  • Highly organised, with excellent multitasking skills.
  • Clear, confident communicator – both written and verbal.
  • Collaborative team player with cross-functional coordination experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Bonus if you have experience in events or client-facing environments.
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
