🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Project Briefing & Coordination : Craft and manage client experience briefs, ensuring alignment and progress across teams.
- Project Management : Support the execution of innovative experience formats and keep projects on track through clear timelines and critical path management.
- Reporting & Insights : Gather post-event data and create reports that offer actionable insights.
- Team Liaison : Serve as the go-to point for updates and regional feedback collection.
- Meeting Support : Prepare agendas, decks, and follow-ups for key meetings and projects.
🧩 Ideal Candidate
- Highly organised, with excellent multitasking skills.
- Clear, confident communicator β both written and verbal.
- Collaborative team player with cross-functional coordination experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
