With a highly engaged team and ambitious plans for the future, the business is seeking an experienced Senior People Manager to shape and scale its people strategy and culture.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will lead on people strategy, performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, people operations, and employee experience, while managing a small people team.

The business is seeking a highly commercial and hands-on HR generalist with at least eight years’ progressive experience, ideally within a fast-paced retail, e-commerce, or consumer brand environment.
