Luxury Retail Sales Consultant (Temporary Role) Luxury Fashion

Location: London

Contract: Temporary Assignment

Pay: PAYE, paid weekly on agency payroll

Opportunity : Potential temporary-to-permanent position, subject to business needs.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused retail sales consultant to join a prestigious luxury retail environment on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail professional looking to work within a premium customer service setting, with the possibility of a permanent position depending on business requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining company standards to maximise sales performance
  • Greet, serve and advise clients, delivering exceptional customer service at all time
  • Introduce additional and alternative products to support sales opportunities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the product range, including alterations and stock availability
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and presentation throughout the store
  • Support visual merchandising activities and develop a basic understanding of visual presentation standard
  • Ensure stock levels are accurately maintained and replenished
  • Follow company procedures relating to customer complaints, returns and exchange
  • Handle customer concerns professionally or escalate to management where appropriate
  • Work independently and support specific projects or initiatives as directed by management
  • Process payments accurately across all payment method
  • Record and update transaction details within the company database
  • Create and maintain customer profiles and manage an individual client boo
  • Book appointments and fittings via telephone and email
  • Manage appointments and complete all associated administrative task

Requirements

  • Previous experience within a similar retail role, within a luxury or premium retail environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skill
  • Strong follow-up skills and a team-oriented approach
  • Ability to contribute to a collaborative, innovative and results-driven environment
  • Positive, proactive and professional attitude
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the flexibility to adapt to changing demands
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiastic, motivated and customer-focus
  • Available to start immediately on no notice peri
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Confident, ambitious and resource
  • Experience managing a personal client book would be advantage
