About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sample Coordinator to join our London head office on a temporary basis. Working with a globally recognised fashion and lifestyle brand, you’ll play a key role in managing the flow of samples across departments, ensuring everything is tracked, delivered, and presented to the highest standard. This is a fast-paced position at the heart of the business, supporting teams across PR, marketing, e-commerce, merch and buying.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end coordination of product samples across multiple departments
- Maintain accurate sample tracking systems (inbound and outbound)
- Liaise with internal teams including PR, marketing, merchandising, and creative
- Prepare samples for photoshoots, press requests, and events
- Ensure samples are returned, logged, and maintained in excellent condition
- Organise and maintain the sample room to a high standard
- Coordinate shipments domestically and internationally
- Support seasonal stock takes and reporting
About You
- Previous experience in a similar coordination, logistics, or fashion-related role
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel skills preferred)
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with a problem-solving mindset
- Interest in fashion and lifestyle brands is a plus
