We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Showroom Coordinator to join the London head office of a globally recognised fashion and lifestyle brand on a 12-month temporary contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced, creative environment supporting showroom operations, sample management, and wholesale activities across key collections.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the showroom runs smoothly while supporting internal teams, clients, and external partners throughout seasonal market appointments and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the day-to-day running of the showroom and ensure it is maintained to brand standards at all times
- Manage sample trafficking, stock control, and seasonal collection organisation
- Support wholesale appointments, client meetings, and market preparation
- Prepare product set-up, merchandising, and presentation for showroom appointments
- Liaise with internal departments including Sales, Merchandising and Buying teams
- Track sample movement and maintain accurate inventory records
- Arrange shipments, courier bookings, and returns for samples and product assets
- Assist with reporting, order support, and administrative tasks
- Support showroom events, launches, and seasonal campaigns when required
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
- Previous experience in a showroom, wholesale, fashion operations, or coordination role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Able to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator with a professional and collaborative approach
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience working within fashion, luxury, or lifestyle sectors is highly desirable
- Positive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to support across multiple functions
- Available to start immediately
