Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about the world of retail and lifestyle products? We’re looking for a proactive Temporary Buyers Admin Assistant to join our Buying team at our London head office.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the buying process from concept to customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Buying team
  • Raise and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
  • Communicate with suppliers to manage sample deliveries, product details, and lead times
  • Update and maintain product information and imagery on internal systems
  • Assist with preparing reports, range plans, and trading summaries
  • Support in sample management for meetings, photoshoots, and PR requests
  • Liaise with internal departments including Merchandising, Marketing, and E-commerce

About You

  • Previous admin experience in a retail or buying environment (internships welcome)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using Excel and working with data (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables a bonus)
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude
  • Able to work independently and juggle multiple deadlines
  • Passionate about lifestyle, fashion, and consumer trends
